Health Care Sanctions

Safe Hiring Solutions provides several levels of health care sanctions searches to help our healthcare clients comply with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), OIG (Office of Inspector General) & GSA (General Services Administration) requirements that no federal dollars (Medicare, Medicaid, etc) be paid to a person who has been listed on a sanction list.  We provide three levels of screening through our InstaScreen System:

• Level One- GSA/ OIG Sanction Lists

• Level II -OIG/GSA Sanction Lists PLUS search of one state licensing boards

• Level III -OIG/GSA Sanction Lists PLUS 50 state search of licensing boards
