Buddy Gosey
Buddy Gosey joined Safe Hiring Solutions & MinistryDefender Solutions in 2023 after spending the last decade helping church leaders cultivate disciple making cultures, develop leaders, and plant churches. After becoming a father, he developed a passion to help keep ministries safe and on mission. In 2026, Buddy was promoted to the Director of Business Development of both companies, driving our strategic plan and developing our business development talent.
Spending years as a pastor and leadership coach has led Buddy to understand the various challenges that ministries face. He now uses that knowledge to help serve and equip ministry leaders with different safety solutions.
When Buddy isn't working, he loves spending time with his wife and children or time alone outdoors.
