Caitlin Young
Caitlin, Chief of Staff, joined the Safe Hiring Solutions team in 2017 with 10+ years of Operations Management experience with Starbucks Corp.
She was Director of Operations prior to being promoted to her current position. Caitlin works with all the teams, driving process and efficiencies and ensuring execution of the company’s vision as well as serving a head of Human Resources.
Raised in the greater Hendricks County area, Caitlin, her husband Kevin, and their two sons now reside in Putnam County.
