Eric Pendley
Eric joined MinistryDefender & Safe Hiring Solutions in 2025 with over eight years of experience teaching and coaching in the school system, where he also served as Athletic Director for six of those years. His background in leadership, mentorship, and team development has shaped his passion for investing in people and helping organizations build strong, trustworthy cultures.
In addition to his education and athletic experience, Eric brings nearly 12 years of ministry experience as a Youth Pastor. His time in ministry has deepened his heart for serving others and equipping leaders to make a lasting impact in their communities.
Eric has been married to his wife, Michelle, and together they have three boys—Cole, Bentley, and Greyson—who keep life fun and full of adventure. In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, coaching sports, and inspiring others to grow in faith and
character.
