Deutschland

Der Kandidat muss ein erweitertes Führungszeugnis vorweisen. Bei der Antragstellung muss der Kandidat ein erweitertes Führungszeugnis beantragen sowie den Grund für die Antragstellung angeben. Netherlands

Na het digitale antecedentenonderzoek, uitgevoerd door Safe Hiring Solutions, dient de kandidaat een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) aan te vragen bij de afdeling Burgerzaken/Publiekszaken in de gemeente waar hij of zij staat ingeschreven overeenkomstig de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP).

De kandidaat dient deel 1 van het bijgevoegde formulier in te vullen.

De kandidaat neemt het volledige formulier (6 pagina's), samen met de onderstaande documenten, mee naar de afdeling Burgerzaken/Publiekszaken:

·         Een officieel document met vermelding van het doel van uw aanvraag, verstrekt door de belanghebbende partij;

·         Een geldig paspoort of een geldige identiteitskaart/identiteitsbewijs;

·         De te betalen administratieve kosten ten bedrage van € 41,35

Zodra de aanvraag is ingediend, zal de Nederlandse overheid deze in behandeling nemen en de Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag naar de kandidaat opsturen.

De kandidaat dient de Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag naar Credence te sturen via kiwanis@credence.co.uk ter vertaling en verdere screening.

ENGLISH

Upon completion of the Safe Hiring Solutions electronic background check application, the candidate must also apply for a certificate of conduct from the Population Affairs Department (Burgerzaken/Publiekszaken) in the town where he or she is registered in the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP).

Candidate will take the entire form (6 pages) to the Population Affairs Department, along with the following required information:

·         An official document which states the purpose of your application, provided by the interested party;

·         A valid passport or identification card/ID/identity document;

·         The administrative fee of €41,35

Once the application is submitted, the Dutch authorities will process the request and send the Certificate of Good Conduct to the candidate.

Candidate must send the Certificate of Good Conduct to Credence at kiwanis@credence.co.uk for translation and vetting.
